Reflexology is a holistic treatment that, while focusing on the feet (or hands), brings balance to the entire body and mind. This treatment deeply relaxes the body by applying different amounts of pressure to different point along the feet (hands and ears might also be included).  Reflexology can improve circulation, digestion, and elimination, increase energy, and reduce stress. Therapeutic Massage may also be used.
