Jordan Belanger - Registered Massage Therapist & Manual Osteopathic TherapistJordan graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy with Honors with Distinction and also recently graduated with Honors with Distinction from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada (MOCC). She is in good standing with CMMOTA (Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapist Association). Being a natural problem solver, Jordan enjoys finding creative ways to help people within her massage practice. This really comes through when she works with chronic sports injuries, clients who have experienced motor vehicle accidents, and those with stubborn aches and pains. She's also passionate and proficient in Therapeutic, Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, as well as Children/Infant Massage. As someone who never stops learning, she is looking forward to furthering her education in Craniosacral therapy and Visceral Manipulation. Mizuho Hanaki - Registered Massage Therapist & Manual Osteopathic TherapistMizuho graduated from Makami College and have been practicing massage therapy for four years. She is currently enrolled in the Manual Osteopathy College of Canada (MOCC) and wishes to incorporate both techniques to help her clients be relieved of any pain they may have. Mizuho values her relationships with her clients and getting to know them to better understand their history and help them in the best way possible. Her goal is for clients to feel relaxed while providing clients with a better range of motion. Mizuho takes pride in her work because of the satisfaction she gains in helping people. Her massage techniques include therapeutic massage, dynamic cupping, myofascial release, deep tissue, relaxation massage and prenatal massage. Helene Gossen - Registered Massage TherapistHelene studied massage therapy at Makami College and specializes in deep tissue massages, therapeutic massages, myofascial cupping, hot stone treatments, and lymphatic drainage massage with treatment of scar tissue and nerve flossing. Her goal is for her clients to feel relaxed and released with a better range of motion. She speaks fluent German, Russian and English!

Her treatments are tailored to what is needed from the client, in doing this she blends Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. She has a wide range of experience treating anything from chronic stress or anxiety to overuse injuries, sciatica and whiplash. Lauren is an advocate for holistic health and likes to facilitate a space of relaxation, acceptance and balance into every treatment.

I have been a registered massage therapist since 2005 and have worked in therapeutic clinics to world renowned spas. I specialize in a deeply relaxing therapeutic full body massage that's a mix between medium and deep pressure, which focuses on calming the nervous system and helps your body naturally heal and repair itself; I suggest booking at least a 90 minute massage to fully experience it's benefits. Armie worked as a massage therapist in Israel for 3 years. Armie's goal is to help release tension and make her client's feel relaxed during treatments.
